Groovy Movin' is an AppleScript that will move (not copy!) the audio files of some specified iTunes tracks from one hard-drive to another without iTunes losing touch and without losing any tracks data (like date added, played count, ratings, comments etc.)

Please read the code for further explanation. You may need to hard-code some properties.
